If your order is damaged during transit to you, you will be sent another item to replace it without any further cost to you or provide you with a full refund. You must contact us via email using our contact form on our website within 1 business day of receiving your goods with the details of what the problem is.
You also may be asked to send the goods back to us, however we can work that out at the time.
When shipping all goods, we take the utmost care in using the appropriate packaging to avoid this ever occurring.
No refunds are offered for late arriving products that are received within the standard delivery times. Please allow approximately six working days for standard mail and approximately three working days for express mail. Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
We recommend that if you are ordering products for a Henís night during the week of the event, please call us first to ensure we can deliver the product to you in time. This prevents any complications or disappointments.
